A Friction Screw Press (also known as a Screw Press or Fly Press) is a type of mechanical press machine used for forging, blanking, coining, punching, embossing and press-fitting operations. It uses the principle of friction and screw mechanism to convert the rotational motion of a flywheel into a powerful vertical pressing force.
